Initiate Your Request
Log into your Monologue account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.
Secure the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box with all protective buffers to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, attach it to the exterior of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
